1. Routine maintenance
Check items every day:
(1) Before operation, please do the following checks before operation.
A. Whether the contact part is polluted.
B. Confirm detection sensitivity.
(2) Clean up after the end
Remove the conveyor belt and clean both sides of the conveyor belt.
Weekly inspection items: Remove the conveyor belt every week and check whether there is any crack on the end face. Conveyor belt running status.
2 Cleaning Precautions
(1) The power must be unplugged when cleaning.
(2) Cleaning tools such as soft plastic brushes or cloths should be used. Do not use metal brushes etc.
(3) Wash with neutral detergent. Do not use thinner and organic solvents such as benzene.
(4) Maintenance of stainless steel
Compared with mild steel and aluminum, stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and is a metal that is not easy to rust. But not unrusted metal. Due to the conditions of use and the environment, it will also be polluted and rusted. Rust caused by iron powder or salt can be easily removed with a sponge or cloth dipped in neutral detergent or soapy water. After rinsing well with shallow water, do not allow rinse fluid to remain on the device.
