The rotary indexing mechanism provides stable bottle positioning during weighing, helping achieve reliable weight measurement without interrupting continuous production.
The Bottle Weight Inspection System can automatically detect the weight of each bottle, compare the measured value with preset upper and lower limits, and reject underweight or overweight bottles. It is suitable for production lines where consistent product quantity, filling accuracy, and automated quality control are required.
