The SG-1X High Accuracy Checkweigher System is a compact dynamic weighing solution designed for precise weight inspection of small and lightweight products.
Using a high-precision load cell and advanced digital signal processing, the SG-1X continuously weighs products while they are moving on the conveyor. Products outside the preset upper and lower weight limits can be automatically identified and rejected, helping manufacturers reduce underweight products, prevent overfilling, and minimize product giveaway.
The compact conveyor design makes the SG-1X easy to integrate with packaging machines and existing production lines. It is particularly suitable for small sachets, pouches, packets, lightweight components and other small packaged products requiring high-accuracy online weight control.
